Training is an Armor and Weapon Trait in Elder Scrolls Online. It can be crafted into an armor or weapon piece at, and only at, its creation. This Trait can also be found on many various Sets and various pieces of armor through out the game. Traits cannot be replaced, however, so Crafting is the only way to ensure you have the Trait you desire.
