Soul Shred

• Ravage nearby enemies' souls with a night rune, dealing [x] Magic Damage and stunning them for 3.5 seconds.
• An ally can target an affected enemy and activate Soul Leech to steal [z] Health.

Soul Siphon

• Sanctify your soul and the souls of nearby allies with a night rune, healing for [x] Health and an additional [y] Health over 3.5 seconds.
• You and your allies will also receive Major Vitality, increasing your healing received by 30% for 4 seconds.
• An ally can target an enemy and activate Soul Leech to steal [z] Health.
• Heals you and nearby allies but deals no damage and no longer stuns.

Soul Tether

• Ravage nearby enemies' souls with a night rune, dealing [x] Magic Damage and stunning them for 4.5 seconds. Affected enemies are also tethered, siphoning [x] Health every 1 second while they remain nearby.

• Deals additional damage over time to enemies and heals you.

• You can only have one Agony at a time.

Prolonged Suffering

• Shackle an enemy in torment disorienting them for 30 seconds and dealing [x] Magic Damage over 7 seconds when the effect ends.
• You can only have one Prolonged Suffering at a time.
• The damage over time effect lasts for longer.

Malefic Wreath

• Shackle an enemy in torment disorientating them for 30 seconds and damaging all nearby enemies when the effect ends for [x] Magic Damage plus 5% for each second the target was stunned.
• You can only have one Malefic Wreath at a time.
• Deals area damage when the effect ends.

Cripple

• Sap an enemy's agility and bolster your own, dealing [x] Magic Damage over 8 seconds and reducing their Movement Speed by 40%.
• You also gain Major Expedition, increasing your Movement Speed by 30%.
• You can only have one Cripple active at a time.

Debilitate

• Sap an enemy's agility and bolster your own, dealing [x] Magic Damage over 8 seconds and reducing their Movement Speed by 40%.
• You also gain Major Expedition, increasing your Movement Speed by 30%.
• If the enemy dies while affected with Debilitate you restore, 50% of the ability's cost as Magicka.
• You can put this ability on an unlimited amount of targets. Refund Magicka when an enemy dies while affected.
  

Crippling Grasp

• Sap an enemy's agility and bolster your own, dealing [x] Magic Damage and an additional [y] Magic Damage over 8 seconds, immobilizing them for 1.5 seconds and reducing their Movement Speed by 40%.
• You also gain Major Expedition, increasing your Movement Speed by 30%.
• You can only have one Crippling Grasp active at a time.
• Deals additional damage and immobilizes when initially applied.
  

Siphoning Strikes

• Imbue your weapons with soul-stealing power, causing your Light and Heavy Attacks to restore [x] Health for 20 seconds.

Leeching Strikes

• Imbue your weapons with soul-stealing power, causing your Light and Heavy Attacks to restore [x] Health and [y] Stamina for 20 seconds.
• You restore additional Stamina when the effect ends, based on the time this ability is active. 
• This ability now also restores Stamina via Light and Heavy attacks, and when the ability ends.  

Siphoning Attacks

• Imbue your weapons with soul-stealing power, causing your Light and Heavy Attacks to restore [x] Health and [y] Magicka for 20 seconds.
• You restore additional Magicka when the effect ends, based on the time this ability is active.
• This ability now also restores Magicka via Light and Heavy attacks, and when the ability ends.

Drain Power

• Siphon the vigor from your enemies' blood, dealing [x] Magic Damage to all nearby enemies.
• If an enemy is hit, you gain Major Brutality, increasing Weapon Damage by 20% of 20seconds.

Power Extraction

• Siphon the vigor from your enemies' blood, dealing [x] Disease Damage to all nearby enemies.
• If an enemy is hit, you gain Major Brutality, increasing Weapon Damage by 20% of 20 seconds.
• Converts into a Stamina ability, deals Disease Damage, and the increases damage done.
  

Sap Essence

• Siphon the vigor from your enemies' blood, dealing [x] Magic Damage to all nearby enemies and healing you and your allies for [y] plus 20% for each enemy hit.
• If an enemy is hit, you gain Major Brutality and Major Sorcery, increasing Weapon and Spell Damage by 20% of 20 seconds.
• Also heals you and your allies and grants you Major Sorcery, increasing your Spell Damage.

• Increases the effectiveness of your Healing done by 3% for each Siphoning ability slotted.

Transfer

• Activating a Siphoning ability grants 1 Ultimate. This effect has a 4 second cooldown.

• Activating a Siphoning ability grants 2 Ultimate. This effect has a 4 second cooldown.
