The Tower in Elder Scrolls Online, is a minor constellation located within The Thief constellation. In the Champion System in Elder Scrolls Online, it provides the player with passive abilities that increase Stamina, lower the cost of abilities and significantly improve the skill Bash. There is also a Mundus Stone that when activated, increases the players Stamina.
Players may spend up to 100 points in each Passive Skill (Star) in this constellation, for a total of 400. Diminishing returns are a factor here. As the player puts more and more points into a star in this constellation they will get less and less benefit.

Bashing Focus
Reduces the Stamina cost of Bash attacks by [x]%.
Warlord
Reduces the Stamina cost of spell and abilities by [x]%.
Ensnare
(Unlocks at The Tower Rank 10) Grants a 33% chance to reduce an enemy's Movement Speed by 20% for 3 seconds any time you hit them with a Bash attack.
Inspiration Boost
(Unlocks at The Tower Rank 30) Increases Inspiration gain by 20%.
Mara's Gift
(Unlocks at The Tower Rank 75) When killed heal all allies in an 8 meter radius for 3300.
War Mount
(Unlocks at The Tower Rank 120) Improves your mastery with mounts, removing all Stamina cost outside of combat.
